Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient: (1) patients undergoing HSCT within 3 months or undergoing HSCT; (2) age >=18 years old; (3) The patient's condition was stable and in good mental state; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. 2 Caregivers: (1) Actively involved in home-based dietary and nutritional care of the patient and assume the primary caregiving responsibility, with a caregiving duration >= 1 month and daily caregiving time >= 6 hours; (2) Aged >= 18 years; (3) Caregivers are relatives of the patient, such as spouses, parents, and children, i.e., first-degree relatives; (4) Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study. 3 Physicians: (1) Hold a valid medical practitioner license; (2) Have worked in the field of HSCT for 5 years or more; (3) Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate. 4 Nurses: (1) Hold a valid nursing license; (2) Have worked in the field of HSCT for 5 years or more; (3) Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients: (1) Individuals with impaired consciousness, cognitive disorders, or major psychiatric illnesses; (2) Deaf-mute individuals or those with language/communication barriers; (3) Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study. 2 Caregivers: (1) Paid caregivers; (2) Individuals with cognitive disorders or a history of psychiatric illness; (3) Those unable to communicate effectively. 3 Physicians: (1) Physicians currently undergoing advanced training. 4 Nurses: (1) Nurses currently undergoing advanced training.
