Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants who met the criteria were diagnosed with BPH through clinical examinations and diagnostic tests (such as rectal examination and prostate-specific antigen level testing). Additionally, patients with bladder diverticula confirmed by ultrasound or computed tomography were also included; 2.Voluntary signing of the informed consent form and cooperation in completing urodynamic tests, imaging evaluations, and biological sample collection were required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Has a history of prostate or bladder surgery or urinary tract tumor; 2.Neurogenic bladder, severe urinary tract infection, stone obstruction (diameter > 1cm), and other diseases that affect urinary tract pressure or hydronephrosis; 3.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation disorder; 4.Unable to cooperate with the completion of urinary tract dynamic examination or unable to follow up.
