40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 40-70 years old 2. Stroke onset within 14 days to 3 months (during this period, cortical plasticity remains adjustable) 3. Moderate upper limb motor dysfunction (Fugl-Meyer assessment score 20-50 points) 4. Stable condition and able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment 2. Severe spasticity (MAS score >= 3) 3. Pregnancy or lactation period 4. History of epilepsy or mental illness in the past 5. Presence of contraindications for acupuncture or tACS
