Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic and classification criteria for various cerebrovascular diseases adopted by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference, the diagnosis was cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, or subarachnoid hemorrhage, all of which were confirmed by head CT and magnetic resonance imaging. 2. Referring to the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for functional constipation, at least two or more of the following criteria must be met: Straining during at least 25% of defecations; Lumpy or hard stools in at least 25% of defecations; A feeling of incomplete evacuation in at least 25% of defecations; A feeling of anorectal obstruction/blockage in at least 25% of defecations; Manual maneuvers to facilitate defecation in at least 25% of defecations; Fewer than 3 spontaneous defecations per week. 3. The patient or the caregiver can cooperate with the investigator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are already clear liver and kidney diseases, malignant tumors; 2. There have been clear organic lesions in the rectum and colon in the past. 3. Those with impaired consciousness; 4. Suffering from other brain diseases and spinal cord diseases such as Parkinson's disease, multiple system atrophy, senile dementia, etc. 5. History of chronic constipation; 6. Long - term use of constipation medications; 7. Those who do not cooperate.
