20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single gestation; 2. Age 20–45 years; 3. Gestational age 32–36 weeks; 4. Pre-eclampsia group meeting international diagnostic criteria (new-onset hypertension with proteinuria after 20 weeks of gestation); 5. Control group comprising women with concurrent uncomplicated pregnancies and no gestational complications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple pregnancy; 2.Pre-existing chronic hypertension, diabetes, or kidney disease; 3.Recent use of antibiotics or probiotics (within 4 weeks); 4.Presence of other pregnancy complications; 5.Refusal to sign informed consent;
