Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged from 18 to 65 years old; 2.A definite diagnosis of metabolic syndrome was made; 3.Have certain reading comprehension and language expression ability; 4.Signed the informed consent form and agreed to participate in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with serious complications or other serious organic lesions. 2.Patients who have participated in a similar study within six months or are currently participating in a similar study.
