18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young Adult Group: Healthy volunteers. Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed written informed consent; 2. Aged 18–35 years; 3. Astigmatism = 20/20; 5. No history of ocular disease. Older Adult Group: Patients who underwent cataract surgery with zero spherical aberration intraocular lens implantation at our hospital. Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed written informed consent; 2. Aged 55–75 years; 3. Astigmatism = 20/25; 5. No history of other ocular diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with glaucoma, macular degeneration, or diabetic retinopathy; 2. History of neurological disorders affecting visual quality; 3. Inability to cooperate with the relevant examinations.
