Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with moderate to severe ARDS (PaO2/FiO2 <= 200 mmHg) under mechanical ventilation; 2. Hypoxemia does not respond to other intervention measures; 3. Children aged 1 month to 16 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe skin lesions in the chest, 2. Chest surgery, 3. Chest trauma, 4. Severe arrhythmia, 5. Refractory shock, 6. Other situations that are not suitable for prone ventilation.
