Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as HCC based on histopathological or imaging findings with typical characteristics; 2.The lesion is located in the hepatic hilum or adjacent to the primary bile duct. Preoperative imaging (MRI/CT) indicates the lesion is <=5mm from the primary or secondary bile ducts. 3.The bile duct was exposed via the laparoscopic-assisted Laennec membrane approach, and a gauze pad was placed to isolate the bile duct before completing the ablation therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing ablation therapy via laparoscopic-assisted Laennec membrane approach to expose the bile duct, with gauze packing to isolate the bile duct; 2.Patients without clearly defined postoperative follow-up protocols; 3.Patients for whom ablation efficacy cannot be evaluated.
