Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–65 years; 2. Patients scheduled for gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia (laparoscopic ovarian and/or fallopian tube surgery, hysterectomy and/or myomectomy, uterine lesion removal); 3. BMI 18.5–28 kg/m^2; 4. ASA classification I–II; 5. No history of drug allergies; 6. Patients and their families are informed and give consent, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe infection, severe heart failure, or liver and kidney dysfunction before surgery; 2. Use of antiemetic drugs, glucocorticoids, or psychiatric medications within 24 hours before surgery that are known to affect the occurrence of PONV; 3. History of chronic pain, long-term use of analgesics or psychiatric medications (including opioids, NSAIDs, and antidepressants); 4. History of radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery; 5. Diabetes; 6. Severe hearing impairment, language expression disorders, or mental illness, making patient unable to cooperate.
