Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Observation group: 1. Age >= 49 years old, menopause for more than one year; 2. Measured bone density by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) and met the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis; 3. No severe liver, kidney, endocrine or other system diseases; 4. No use of drugs that affect bone metabolism; 5. Voluntary participation and signed informed consent form. Control group: 1. Age >= 49 years old, menopause for more than one year; 2. Normal bone density as measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA); 3. Good health, no chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, autoimmune diseases, etc.; no diseases that affect bone metabolism, such as hyperparathyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, etc.; no history of long-term use of drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as glucocorticoids, antiepileptic drugs, etc.; 4. Voluntary participation and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Endocrine diseases (hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism). 2. Long-term use of glucocorticoids or antiepileptic drugs. 3. Vitamin D deficiency, chronic kidney disease, multiple myeloma, etc.
