Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathological diagnosis of glioma; 18-70 years old; 2.Patients sign the “Informed Consent Form for Donors of Biological Samples and Health-related Information” of the Clinical Biospecimen Resource Center of Pearl River Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a prior diagnosis of other types of intracranial tumors, excluding glioblastoma; 2.History of previous head trauma, surgery, or intracranial infection;
