Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for the PD group: (1) Patients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease (PD) according to the "Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson’s Disease in China" issued by the Chinese Medical Association in 2016; (2) Age >= 40 years; (3) Complete clinical data and ability to cooperate with all scale assessments. 2.Control Group Inclusion Criteria: (1) Age, sex distribution, and years of education matched those of the PD group; (2) No structural abnormalities detected on routine brain MRI; (3) No history of psychiatric disorders or related medication use; (4) Normal MoCA scores.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for the PD group: (1) secondary Parkinsonism caused by extracranial trauma, cerebrovascular disease, drugs, or tumors; (2) patients with Parkinson-plus syndromes or other neurological disorders; (3) patients with recent surgical history or major trauma; (4) patients with severe cognitive impairment, or those with other diseases that cause or potentially affect cognitive function, such as cerebellar ataxia, frontotemporal dementia, carbon monoxide poisoning, or neurosyphilis; (5) patients with incomplete clinical data or inability to cooperate in completing all required rating scales; (6) patients unable to undergo blood tests due to subjective or objective reasons. 2.Control group exclusion criteria: (1) having a first-degree relative with a neurodegenerative disease; (2) having uncontrolled severe systemic diseases (e.g., malignancy, severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency); (3) contraindications to sample collection or inability to cooperate.
