Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female patients scheduled for elective hysteroscopic surgery; 2.ASA physical status I–II; 3.Age 18–65 years; 4.Body mass index (BMI) >= 18 and <= 30 kg/m^2; 5.Voluntary participation with informed consent to join this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating patients; 2.Patients who refuse to provide informed consent; 3.Use of psychotropic drugs or presence of psychiatric disorders; 4.Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 5.Morbid obesity (BMI > 30 kg/m^2); 6.Known allergy to lidocaine or propofol; 7.Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 8.High risk of obstructive sleep apnea; 9.Patients with an anticipated difficult airway;
