Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Care recipients: Children aged 6-12 who meet the pediatric MASLD diagnostic criteria defined in the 2023 International Expert Consensus Statement, and who also meet the standards for screening overweight and obesity in school-age children and adolescents issued by the National Health Commission in 2018; 2. Caregivers: The child's father or mother, with at least an elementary school education, and able to communicate normally; 3. Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Care recipients: Those who have progressed to hepatitis or other liver diseases, or have other conditions such as cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Caregivers: Those with mental disorders, severe hearing impairments, or communication difficulties, unable to communicate normally; 3. Those who refuse to participate or are already participating in other studies.
