18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 and = 37 and < 42 weeks during delivery; 3 Singleton pregnancies, natural conception; 4. Those who have signed informed consent and are willing to cooperate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Embryo transfer or other assisted reproductive technologies; 2. Multiple pregnancies; 3. Those who have not established regular prenatal check ups; 4. Those who have not undergone OGTT test during pregnancy or have been found to have abnormal blood glucose or glucose metabolism before 20 weeks of pregnancy; 5. Cases of pregnancy complications such as placenta previa and placenta accreta during this pregnancy; 6. Couples who have previously been found to have chromosomal abnormalities or whose fetuses have been found to have chromosomal abnormalities during prenatal checkups; 7. Those who have received antibiotic treatment three months before giving birth; 8. Cases of premature rupture of membranes; 9. Pregnant women with serious internal and external diseases such as autoimmune diseases, congenital heart disease, hematological diseases, chronic hypertension, chronic kidney disease, insulin resistance, and thyroid disease; 10. Individuals with a history of mental illness, unclear self-awareness, and inability to cooperate with treatment.
