Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study was a retrospective one. The patients enrolled in the cohort were newly diagnosed GD patients who visited the endocrinology Department and the Nuclear Medicine Department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2024. The diagnostic criteria are: consistent with hyperthyroidism (TSH suppression accompanied by elevated free thyroxine [FT4] and/or free triiodothyronine [FT3]), diffuse increase in 131I uptake, elevated TRAb and/or TSI titers, and/or accompanied by Graves' ophthalmopathy (GO).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age =3); 5. Use drugs that affect thyroid function, such as amiodarone/lithium agents.
