18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for ICD-10/DSM-5 depression; 2. The age range is 18-65; 3. HAMD-17 score >=24 points and Young's Mania Scale score <=7 points; 4. There was no ECT or Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) during the first 4 weeks of treatment; 5. Signed informed consent, in the observation time can visit on time, this study has a good compliance; 6. Non-literate, able to complete the scale tests independently and understand the content of the scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptoms of depression with organic disease or other mental disorders; 2. Have a serious physical disease, disease of the immune and endocrine systems, a recent infection or vaccination; 3. Bipolar disorder or history of other mental illness, alcohol or substance abuse; 4. Pregnancy.
