Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18–75 years undergoing joint replacement surgery Diagnosed with femoral head necrosis (ARCO II–III), unicompartmental or total knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren–Lawrence II–III) No severe ligament deficiency or joint deformity Able to provide informed consent and comply with follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ARCO stage IV or requiring total hip arthroplasty Multicompartmental knee osteoarthritis or Kellgren–Lawrence grade IV Severe ligament instability or uncorrectable deformity History of joint infection or recent intra-articular injection (within 3 months) Severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic, renal dysfunction or coagulation disorders Pregnancy or lactation Cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders affecting compliance Refusal to sign informed consent or poor compliance
