Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stress urinary incontinence; 3. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this research project; 4. 6-8 weeks postpartum.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with mental disorders or cognitive impairments; 2. Those experiencing vaginal bleeding; 3. Those with a tendency to bleed or with blood-related diseases; 4. Those with severe functional impairments of the heart or lungs; 5. Patients with severe pelvic organ prolapse, acute pelvic inflammation, or severe stress urinary incontinence; 6. Those who have undergone major surgery (such as pelvic surgery, abdominal surgery, joint surgery, etc.) recently (within 6 months) and have not fully recovered; 7. Those with severe physical activity contraindications.
