Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Eighty patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected, with ages ranging from 18 to 70 years old and no gender restrictions. 2. The American Society of Anesthesiologists classification (American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA) I and II level;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary conditions, such as advanced coronary artery disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); 2. Accept postoperative patient-controlled analgesia (epidural or intravenous); 3. Mental and Psychological Disorders: Such as schizophrenia, depression, history of chronic analgesic medication use, alcohol abuse, opioid dependence, or individuals unable to comprehend the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS); 4. Allergy to bupivacaine liposome; 5. Body mass index (BMI) > 35 kg/m².
