18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 80 years old. 2. 18.5 kg/m² 2 hours. 6. ASA classification: I - III. 7. Gender not limited. 8. Voluntary to join this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1.Pregnancy, presence of severe infection or hemorrhage before surgery. 2.Complicated with severe organic diseases such as heart, liver, or renal failure. 3.Complicated with severe autoimmune diseases and severe electrolyte disturbances. 4.Undergoing emergency surgery; patients with type 1 diabetes, other special types of diabetes, or gestational diabetes are excluded. 5.Contraindications to continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices (e.g., skin allergy). 6.Patients who withdraw midway, are lost to follow-up, or have sensor malfunctions with more than 50% of sensor data missing.
