Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female individuals aged 18 or above and 75 or above; 2. DCIS was diagnosed in the samples obtained through core needle biopsy, vacuum-assisted breast biopsy or excision biopsy before the operation; 3. No clinical or ultrasound findings show axillary lymph node involvement; 4. Undergo sentinel lymph node biopsy; 5. Unilateral primary breast cancer without distant metastasis; 6. The patient underwent surgery and systemic treatment in accordance with the guidelines of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) of the United States; 7. The patient's medical records and follow-up information are complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multi-quadrant lesions; 2.Received adjuvant therapy (chemotherapy, radiotherapy or endocrine therapy) before undergoing breast-conserving surgery or mastectomy for breast cancer; 3.Combined with severe heart, liver, kidney diseases, blood disorders or other malignant tumors, etc.
