Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with ARDS and undergoing mechanical ventilation via tracheal intubation meet the 2023 global new definition criteria for ARDS. 2. Age of 18 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Undrained tension pneumothorax
