Quality of anesthesia resuscitation

Interventions

Supine position:During the postoperative recovery period under general anesthesia, the patient is placed in a supine position for resuscitation
15 degree semi-recumbent position:During the postoperative recovery period under general anesthesia, the patient is placed in a 15 degree semi-recumbent position for resuscitation
30 degree semi-recumbent position:During the postoperative recovery period under general anesthesia, the patient is placed in a 30 degree semi-recumbent position for resuscitation

40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 40 and 85 years old; 2. Patients undergoing general anesthesia for abdominal surgery; 3. Meet the criteria for obstructive ventilation dysfunction (FEV1/FVC% pred<92%); 4. Anesthesia time <= 4 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI >= 28kg/m^2; 2.Limb fractures or the presence of cranial, thoracic, or lumbar spine disorders; 3.OSAS (obstructive sleep apnea syndrome); 4.Severe organ dysfunction; 5.Pregnancy status; 6.Patients with extremely severe ventilatory dysfunction (FEV1% pred<35) 7.Previous lung surgery, pneumothorax patients, pulmonary tuberculosis, pleural effusion, respiratory failure.
