18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–80 years, male or female; 2. Having undergone genetic testing and confirmed as carriers of the hypertrophic cardiomyopathy gene; 3. Voluntarily participating in this study and signing an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected or known hypersensitivity to ultrasound contrast agents; 2. Severe valvular heart disease; 3. Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 4. Patients with unstable cardiopulmonary status (worsening or unstable congestive heart failure, or severe ventricular arrhythmias); 5. Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; 6. Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation in this trial by the investigator;
