Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 75 years, regardless of gender.?? 2.?Preoperative gastroscopy and pathological examination confirm early esophageal cancer or high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, suitable for Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD).?? ?3.The circumferential extent of the post-ESD wound is =3/4 (i.e., =270°).?? ?4.The patient has signed a written informed consent form, voluntarily agrees to participate in the study, and is willing to comply with the study protocol.??

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-existing esophageal stenosis prior to ESD.?? 2.?Lesions with an infiltration depth beyond the superficial submucosa (SM2), requiring additional surgical intervention or chemoradiotherapy.?? 3.?Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, or coagulation disorders, who cannot tolerate endoscopic procedures or intervention.?? 4.?History of esophageal surgery.?? ?5.Presence of severe mental illness or cognitive impairment that renders the patient unable to cooperate with the study procedures and follow-up.??
