Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18–80 years of age, ASA ?-?; 2.Patients diagnosed with femoral neck fracture, femoral head necrosis, or hip osteoarthritis, who are candidates for elective unilateral total hip arthroplasty. 3.Absence of a history of local anesthetic allergy and severe hepatic or renal dysfunction. 4.The patient and their family have been informed and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Infection at the puncture site, abnormal coagulation function (such as INR > 1.5); 2.Severe neuropathy (such as sciatic nerve injury; 3.Cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with pain assessment; 4.Patients who have used long-acting local anesthetics or have allergies to opioid drugs in the past month;
