Pyridoxine and Lidocaine group:Pyridoxine combined with lidocaine administered intravenously
Pyridoxine group:Intravenous injection of pyridoxine
Lidocaine group:Intravenous injection of lidocaine

Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female patients undergoing elective thyroidectomy or partial thyroidectomy under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation 2.ASA grade I–III 3.Body mass index (BMI) 18–30 kg/m62 4.Operation time <=3 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to pyridoxine or lidocaine 2.Recent history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy 3.Long-term use of antiemetics or corticosteroids 4.Pregnancy or lactation 5.Severe neurological diseases 6.Other conditions that may cause nausea and vomiting (e.g., hepatitis or gastric ulcer) 7.Refusal to participate in the study

MeasureTime frame
The incidence rate of PONV during the first 24 hours postoperatively;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The incidence of postoperative nausea, evaluated with a Likert scale (0=none, 1=mild, 2=moderate, 3=severe), and vomiting.;Emesis count;Time to onset of the first PONV episode;Pain was assessed using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS, 0-10).;Presence or absence of coughing during extubation after surgery;Time to first flatus after surgery;
