Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old 2. Clinically diagnosed as primary NSCLC at TNMI-II stage 3. Planned to undergo thoracoscopic lobectomy 4. No reading or writing disabilities, able to independently complete the questionnaire 5. Informed consent, voluntarily participating in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy 2. Individuals with cognitive impairment or mental illness 3. Having other malignant tumors or severe organ dysfunction that require treatment 4. Participating in other clinical trials 5. Unable to use the application after guidance 6. Lacking internet connection at their residence
