Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18–65 years; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–II; 3.Scheduled for elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 4.Able to understand the study procedures and independently complete the relevant questionnaires; 5.Willing to voluntarily sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A previous confirmed diagnosis of anxiety disorders or depressive disorders, or long-term use of anxiolytic or antidepressant medications; 2. Cognitive impairment or severe hearing or communication disorders; 3. Chronic pain syndromes or a history of long-term analgesic use; 4. Endocrine system diseases that may affect stress responses (such as Cushing’s syndrome, thyroid dysfunction, etc.); 5. Emergency surgery, day surgery, or patients requiring reoperation during the same hospitalization.
