Physical fitness

Interventions

Aquatic Training Group:Three times per week, 45 minutes of moderate-intensity aquatic training per session, primarily involving aquatic equipment exercises, for a continuous 4-week intervention.
Land Training Group:Three times per week, 45 minutes of moderate-intensity land-based training per session, primarily consisting of jogging, squats, push-ups, and planks, for a continuous 4-week inter
Control group:Without exercise intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In good health, without any diseases of the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems, or skeletal and muscular systems; 2. Age between 18 and 64 years old; 3. No regular exercise in the past 3 months; 4. Able to ensure training attendance rate and cooperate with follow-up; 5. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Open wounds, infections or acute inflammatory episodes (such as obvious redness, swelling, heat and pain in the joints); 2. Suffering from serious diseases: such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic disorders, liver and kidney diseases, or malignant tumors, etc.; 3. Allergic to water, hydrophobia or unable to maintain balance in water; 4. Regularly taking medications that may affect physical ability or metabolism; 5. Having suffered from serious musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries within the past six months; 6. Having mental or cognitive impairments, unable to understand and cooperate with the research protocol.
