Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with type 1 g-NETs (gastric neuroendocrine tumors) at the China-Japan Friendship Hospital between January 2010 and December 2026; 2.Availability of at least two gastroscopy examinations with traceable images for review; 3.Provision of signed informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Critical follow-up data is missing, making effective assessment of type 1 g-NETs progression unfeasible.
