Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for Crohn's Disease (CD), and confirmed by colonoscopy and histopathological examination; 2. Age between 18 and 80 years old; 3. Complete clinical data, with patients and their families informed about the study content; 4. Possesses independent cognitive ability, with normal mental status and consciousness; 5. Disease duration >= 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by malignant tumors, severe immune dysfunction, or hematologic systemic diseases; 2. Having severe organic diseases of the liver, kidneys, etc.; 3. Those with infectious intestinal diseases; 4. Accompanied by complications such as intestinal perforation, rectal polyps, intestinal obstruction, toxic megacolon; those with colon cancer, rectal cancer, and anal diseases.
