18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.1500 patients under orthopedic surgery from 2021.1.1 to 2024.12.31; 2. Age 18-85 years old, ASA classification I-III; 3.Have both resting and exercise NRS scores for 24 hours postoperative pain; 4. All patients with postoperative analgesia should be connected to the analgesic pump when leaving the anesthesia recovery room.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to ICU after surgery; 2. Patients with postoperative cognitive dysfunction; 3. The same patient has a history of multiple surgeries; 4. Analgesic drug formula appears in patients without analgesia; 5. Patients with analgesia have no specific analgesic drug formula.
