Surgical Group:High tibial osteotomy (HTO) uses TomoFix bone plates for fixation during the operation. Postoperative rehabilitation training includes ankle flexion and extension, isometric contraction

Age
50 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50-65 years, BMI = 5°. 4. All patients have normal knee ligaments and soft tissues with no surgical history, knee flexion range > 90°, flexion contracture < 15°, and no significant ligament instability. 5. All patients are ambulatory, able to cooperate with postoperative rehabilitation and gait follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of trauma or surgery to the knee or ankle joints of both legs, or any other conditions that may affect gait or balance, such as cerebrovascular disease, lumbar spinal stenosis, flat feet, high arches, etc. 2. Non-operated limb (K-L) < grade II. 3. Rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, or other inflammatory joint diseases. 4. Severe osteoporosis that may affect osteotomy fixation.
