18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer, or gynecological malignancies through histopathological and/or cytological examinations; 3. Performance status: ECOG score of 0-1; 4. According to the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1), there must be at least one measurable lesion; 5. Informed consent for patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other active malignant tumors diagnosed within the past two years; 2. Coexistence of uncontrolled acute or chronic mental disorders; 3. Currently receiving standardized treatment with antidepressant or anxiolytic medications; 4. Participation in other interventional clinical trials; 5. Inability to complete psychological assessments due to cognitive, linguistic, or other impairments.
