Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for depressive episode of bipolar disorder as defined by DSM-5; 2. Considering that age is a risk factor for suicidal behavior, this study focuses on patients in early adulthood, so the age range is >=18 and =17.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Magnetic resonance scan for claustrophobia; 2. Accompanied by psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations and delusions; 3. Obvious psychological and physical triggering factors; 4. Has a history of serious physical diseases and brain organic diseases; 5. Those who have received electroconvulsive therapy within half a year.
