Experimental group:Based on the routine postoperative care for coronary artery bypass grafting, cognitive behavioral therapy based on virtual reality technology is adopted.
Control group:Routine care after coronary artery bypass grafting

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old who underwent coronary artery bypass surgery under extracorporeal circulation and are currently hospitalized; 2. Patients with a TSK-17 score of 38 or above; 3. Patients with clear consciousness and the ability to communicate effectively; 4. Patients have signed the informed consent form and voluntarily agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemodynamic instability, acute heart failure or other severe postoperative complications; 2. Confusion, history of mental illness, history of dementia, motion sickness; 3. Patients with malignant tumors; 4. Patients with stroke or severe hearing and vision impairment or speech dysfunction; 5. Patients who cannot tolerate VR technology.
