18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged 18-35 years; 2 Full-term pregnancy, primipara with a single fetus; 3 Scheduled cesarean section; 4 Clear consciousness, no mental disorders, and possessing communication skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Severe pregnancy complications or comorbidities; 2 History of mental illness or cognitive impairment; 3 Sensory or communication disorders; 4 Special populations (no fixed residence, history of drug abuse or alcoholism); 5 Participation in other interventional studies.
