Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Collect confirmed MG patients with positive anti-ACHR antibodies and set them as the case group, including at least 20 cases of OMG and at least 20 cases of GMG, totaling at least 40 cases. Healthy individuals without organic diseases, systemic diseases, oral diseases or family history of tumors during the same period were selected as the control group, with at least 40 cases. The two groups were matched in terms of age and gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The use of hormones, immunosuppressants, biological agents, antibiotics that affect the oral microbiota, probiotics or antacids such as proton pump inhibitors within the past month; 2. Chronic gastrointestinal diseases, history of gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Pregnancy and lactation.
