Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for diabetic distal symmetric polyneuropathy as outlined in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes (2024 Edition); (2) Aged >=18 years and =5 years; (3) Clinically stable and conscious; (4) No severe acute complications within the past month; (5) Informed consent obtained, with voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders; (2) Severe cardiopulmonary diseases with significant activity limitation; (3) Severe lower limb deformity or ulcers; (4) Engagement in regular exercise training within the past six months.
