18 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with migraine without aura attacks aged between 18 and 74 years old will not have any other types of headache within >=2 days per month. Migraine patients are excluded if they cannot distinguish migraine from other headaches, have headaches or use acute headache medication for more than or equal to 10 days per month, and take migraine prevention medication every day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI 28 kg/m^2; 2. Smoking during the study period; 3. Frequent consumption of spicy or irritating foods; 4. Hypertension (defined as blood pressure >=150/90 mm Hg or use of antihypertensive drugs); 5. Consumption of high-fat foods prior to measurement; 6. History of hypogonadism; 7. Use of any medications or supplements that may affect hormone levels; 8. Any liver or kidney disease; 9. Coagulopathy, such as hemophilia or impaired immune system.
