Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 to 55 years old (inclusive), male or female; 2.Complete facial paralysis for >3 years; 3.Fibrillation potential appears in electrofacial graph; 4.The physical condition can withstand medium-sized or larger surgeries; 5.Patients with clinical manifestations of atrophy of the zygomaticus major and minor muscles; 6.Patients and their families have a correct understanding and appropriate expectations regarding the prognosis of peripheral nerve injury repair;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Abnormal function of the masseter nerve, absence or damage of the latissimus dorsi muscle; 2.The local pyogenic infection in the surgical area has not been controlled yet; 3.The patient's overall health condition is poor and they are unable to tolerate surgery, with contraindications to general anesthesia; 4.There are contraindications for neuroelectrophysiological examination, functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) scanning, and other related examinations, including claustrophobia and other clear psychiatric history, history of cranial brain injury, history of alcohol/drug dependence, and ongoing oral administration of certain drugs that affect brain function, such as aspirin/antihistamines;
