18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of 18-65 years old, both sexes; 2. ASA I-III; 3. BMI24-30 4. No recent history of pulmonary infection or disease, and no history of respiratory system related surgery;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI30; 2. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or cor pulmonale; 3. Chronic diseases such as uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension; 4. Abnormal cardiac function; 5. Recent use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or hormone drugs; 6. Esophageal lesions (esophageal manometry balloon is contraindicated); 7. History of esophageal surgery; 8. Indications for recruitment maneuvers: intracranial hypertension, hypovolemic shock, right heart failure;
