Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form; 2. Age: 1 to 14 years old; 3. Levels I to II; 4. Children who need bronchoscopy for diagnosis and treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.1.Contraindications to nasopharyngeal airway placement (e.g., nasal structural abnormalities or lesions, skull base fracture, etc.). 2. Examination confined to the upper respiratory tract only. 3. Requirement for invasive mechanical ventilation prior to the procedure. 4. Known severe stenosis of the main airway. 5.Refusal to participate in the study.
