Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old, gender not limited. 2. ICU inpatients who need invasive mechanical ventilation. 3. The expected mechanical ventilation time is >=72 hours. 4. The patient's APACHE ? score is >=15 points 5. Sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe traumatic brain injury, neuromuscular disorders, or neurological/cognitive impairment following cardiopulmonary resuscitation. 2. Patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). 3. Patients with a history of long-term oral, intravenous, or topical use of other opioid analgesics. 4. Known or suspected gastrointestinal obstruction. 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 6. Allergy to the study drug. 7. Patients with irreversible underlying conditions or those with a prognosis of death within 48 hours, such as advanced malignant tumours.
