Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy (HDP) Group: 1. Term parturients diagnosed with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. 2. Singleton pregnancy. 3. Age: 20-40 years. 4. BMI: 18.0-35.0 kg/m². 5. ASA physical status classification II-III. Normotensive Control Group: 1. Term parturients without relevant comorbidities (e.g., hypertension, diabetes). 2. Singleton pregnancy. 3. Age: 20-40 years. 4. BMI: 18.0-35.0 kg/m². 5. ASA physical status classification II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia. (2) Known allergy to local anesthetics or opioids. (3) Fetal distress requiring emergent surgery. (4) Significant hepatic or renal dysfunction (ALT > 2 times the upper limit of normal, Cr > 120 µmol/L). (5) Comorbid cardiac disease or cognitive impairment precluding study cooperation. (6) Patient refusal to participate.
