Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The Han ethnicity (the direct relatives within three generations were all Han ethnicity), right-handed, and no blood relation between the subjects; 2.Complies with the 2010 Diagnostic Criteria for Epilepsy of the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE); 3.>14 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of intracranial space-occupying lesions, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, brain trauma, intracranial infections, and other brain disorders; 2.Patients with metallic stents, dentures, or prosthetic valves that interfere with MRI imaging; 3.The patient exhibits severe mental disorders and other conditions that may impede cooperation with examinations; 4.Other serious physical illness (tumors, autoimmune diseases, etc.);
