Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Histologically or cytologically confirmed rectal cancer; 3.Completion of standard neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy and low anterior resection between 2019 and 2021; 4.Complete clinicopathological data, surgical specimens, and postoperative LARS score follow-up records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concomitant tumors or history of previous tumors; 2.Pregnancy or lactation; 3.Lack of follow-up information;
